Longer answer: I have been fortunate to work with lots of athletic mamas over the years, learning a lot from them. My clients taught me there's a huge gap in healthcare in how we serve athletic mamas and I decided to do better, to offer the support my clients were lacking. I became a Pregnancy and Postnatal Athleticism Coach to better understand the challenges of mamas like you and help you adapt your training in clever ways to prepare for birth and beyond I completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Research. This means I can find and review evidence with confidence as soon as it’s published, tell the difference between good and poor studies and give you all the best scientific advice.
