Feel Strong Through Motherhood

"In 12 weeks I'm physically stronger than I have been in a long time and I don't leak when I run for the train
(huzzah!). Mentally, I feel I've been thrown a line as this is a postnatal-power tribe of incredible and inspiring
women. Together we are coming back to our bodies and finding our way through motherhood." - J

"The hands on personal training from the team is so much more valuable than your average fitness class - especially when they hold your crying baby so you can get a sweat on. The progression is gradual and challenging and the monthly commitment made all the difference - bar my time with family, it is the most important hour in my week." - Jane

"Elena, Jen, and Hannah - the ultimate dream team supporting women through pregnancy and beyond! 🩷 You guys have created a community that is unrivalled. As a first time mum, I have felt empowered both mentally and physically thanks to the combination of invaluable specialist information and consistent training 🧠💪🏾I am not sure I would have made it through the last 7 months without your weekly support and encouragement, the many laughs, and of course, the biscuits!!" - Natalie

Hi, we're Elena, Hannah & Jen

Mamas, fitness pros, teachers and friends

The gym is our happy place, where we let go of life's worries and demands to take care of us. We love training safely and effectively and supporting other mamas to feel strong and fit while keeping it real through this crazy season of life.

Elena is a midwife, specialised in coaching athletic mums in pregnancy and postpartum. Jen and Hannah are experienced PTs returning to exercise themselves after having their baby girls at the end of 2023.

Join them on this journey and come find the most supportive community of like minded mamas.
