What should I expect from the class?
A women's strength and conditioning class with weights, bands, great vibes and lots of giggles. Our sessions are crafted for your unique mama needs from pregnancy, to the early postnatal stage to the later mama life, bringing together the fitness expertise of our resident PTs, Hannah and Jen with Elena's expert midwifery and athleticism guidance...boom! Pure magic! We sweat and challenge ourselves but we also take our time looking after our pelvic health, learning breathwork and how to move really well. A stronger body, a more confident you and a supportive community: everything a mama needs!
Is the class REALLY suitable for all fitness levels?
Yes! Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athletic mama, our class is adaptable to all fitness levels. Motherhood changes us and creates new challenges and strengths unique to each one of us. We focus on creating a supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace, meeting themselves where they are and moving closer to their goals. If you are completely new to fitness and would feel more confident with some one to one sessions alongside the group class, Hannah and Jen can help with some private PT sessions. What should I bring to the class?
Comfy clothes to workout in and a water bottle + anything else you like to have handy when you train. We provide all necessary equipment, so you can focus on enjoying the class.
What are the facilities like? Is there parking? Toilets?
We love our new gym! And we are confident you'll love it too! It's big, clean and comfortable and it has everything we need. We're inside the HKA building so look out for their big signage as you get close. There's free parking right in front, a few steps from the doors and a bigger car park to your left as you arrive at the venue (there's a SuperStitch sign you can't miss). We're on the first floor, please take your valuables with you and leave your buggy under the stairs. There's toilets on the ground floor and right next to our gym. There is a dedicated nappy changing station in the first floor loos but we also have a changing mat available in our gym so you can change your baby anywhere, we're all mamas here!
What’s included in the membership?
Your weekly class + whatsapp group + access to this wonderful community, events and activities. Our chill out area and coffee corner are all yours to enjoy before and after class. Make friends, share your experience, find your village.
Can I bring my baby to class? Is there an age limit?
Yes, you can bring your baby with you to all our classes! We set up a safe area in our studio where your baby can chill, play and watch you while you workout. Elena will be there to hang out with the babies and keep them entertained while you train with your coach. She's not a professional childminder tho, so we ask that you remain responsible for your child's needs and safety during our sessions. Our mission is to remove as many barriers as possible to mamas working out and feeling great.
What if I’m breastfeeding?
If you need to feed baby during the session (however you feed your baby), there’s space for you to do that in our gym. Our classes are exclusively for mothers, so if feeding in public is something you’re nervous about, WM Fitness is the safest and most supportive place to practice.

Can I warm a bottle or baby food up at the gym?
Absolutely!​ We have comfy sofa's with coffee, tea and warming facilities at the entrance to the studio. You'll find a tap in the studio itself.

What’s your cancellation policy?
You've made a commitment to yourself to stick with this postnatal recovery program for 12 weeks. We'll stick with you through it and help you see all the progress you're making! At the end of the 3 months you'll have the option to continue with us to our progression classes, Mama Fitness, where we keep building and getting stronger!
What happens if I miss a class?
Life happens, and we totally understand! If you need to miss a class, please let us know in advance, and we can send you some exercises to do at home if you wish. We may not have capacity at present for you to make up the session another time.
What equipment is available for me to put my baby in at the gym?

Can I bring a pram?
You can park a pram or buggy under the stairs, then carry your baby up to the studio.
