1 class per week

Thursdays - 9.30am​​​

A healthier pregnancy and an easier birth with specialist training that keeps you strong , safe and informed.

Midwife Q&A every week.

A community of like minded mums in your corner through the highs and wobbles of this special time. ​

Stay and chill with a cuppa after class.

Pregnancy Yoga

1 class per week

Mondays - 5pm

Stretch, breathe, and feel supported inside and out. A space to connect, to hear your own thoughts and needs instead of everyone else's noise.

Join a community of new mums and experts who will be here for you once your baby is in your arms.

Pregnancy Complete

2 classes per week

Yoga - Mondays - 5pm

Fitness - Thursdays - 9.30am

Fitness builds strength and reduces health complications. Yoga gives you space to connect, relax and increases your odds for a better birth experience.

Together, they're exactly what your body, mind and baby need right now.
