Midwife/Personal Trainer/Wise Mamas Founder

 After becoming a mother herself, Elena studied with some of the world's most respected specialists, including Ina May Gaskin and the midwives of The Farm in Tennessee. She holds a Masters in Clinical Research from the University of Brighton and she's a qualified pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach.

With nearly two decades of experience in maternity care across Italy, Central America, the U.S., and the U.K., Elena spent several years working in the NHS before founding Wise Mamas in Hastings, East Sussex.

Helping mums feel strong, confident, and informed through every stage of motherhood is Elena's mission.
