Mama Fitness Memberships
Mama Fitness memberships are for all mamas who had a baby over 1 year ago, or who have completed our Postnatal Program​
There are three Mama Fitness membership options below to choose from.​​​​​​​

Pregnancy and Postnatal courses
Our pregnancy and postnatal options ensure a healthier pregnancy and a safe return to fitness after birth.

These are for mamas who are pregnant, or have given birth in the last 12 months. If you gave birth over 1 year ago and you're not pregnant, you'll want our Mama Fitness membership.

Pregnancy Fitness
1 class per week
Thursdays - 9.30am

Midwife Q&A every week.
A community of like minded mums in your corner through the highs and wobbles of this special time. ​

Specialist coaching to help you heal and recover from the inside out. Small group classes to connect with the most supportive community. Bring your baby - great set up to keep them happy while you train.
Ideal for postnatal mums - 4 weeks to 1 year after birth (any birth). ​​​
